 Results Day 2025

GCSE RESULTS DAY 2025

Collection of results
Results day this year is Thursday 21st August 2025. Students can collect their results between
9.00am – 10.30 am from the main hall.
Students who are unable to collect their results in person:
If a student is unavailable to collect their results on this day, there are some alternatives below:
                                                                                                                                                                          Option 1: By Email
The student needs to email the Exams Officer (MBell@kempstonacademy.co.uk) and ask for their
results to be emailed to their personal email (please note that their school email address will not
work anymore). The results will be emailed to the student after 12 pm on Thursday 21st August.
                                                                                                                                                                          Option 2: By Post
The student needs to contact the Exams Office at Kempston Academy, for the attention of      Mrs Bell, by 18th July. The letter should be signed by the student and request exam results are posted home.
Please also include the following:
• Student’s full name
• Date of Birth
• Exam Candidate Number
• A stamped self-addressed envelope
Option 3: Collection by Nominated Person
A student can nominate a person to collect their results on their behalf. To do this, the student will need to write two letters. In the first letter, which must be signed by the student, please provide the following information:
• Student’s full name
• Date of Birth
• Exam Candidate Number
Use the following wording in the letter:
‘Please accept this letter as my permission for XXXXX to collect my exam results on my
behalf.’

Please send the first letter to the Exams Office in readiness for results day. The second letter, as the first, must be signed by the student and brought in by your nominee on results day.  Please provide the following information in this letter:
• Student’s full name
• Date of Birth
• Exam Candidate Number
Please use the following words:
The bearer of this letter XXXXX, is the nominated person who has permission to collect my
exam results on my behalf.’                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Please be aware: The nominated person will need to have some form of photo ID on them (e.g
